I've spent my career working at the intersection of communication, leadership, business and influence — from agriculture and politics to entrepreneurship, consulting, coaching and building businesses of my own. And somewhere along the way, I started asking a bigger question:

What happens when we stop outsourcing our judgment and give ourselves permission to start trusting ourselves enough to act on what we already know?

Because confidence isn't something you're simply born with. Leadership isn't a personality type. And becoming isn't a straight line.

It’s a practice.

I've never had a particularly linear career.

Hi, I’m Christina!

I grew up as the dairy farmer’s daughter on our fifth-generation dairy farm. That upbringing led me to study Agriculture Business. I began my career working in agriculture and food and eventually went and worked in politics. As a communications strategist, I ultimately ended up building my own agency.

I’ve built businesses. I’ve coached leaders and entrepreneurs. I’ve since become a mother. I’ve also changed my mind a million times along the way about what I wanted to do. But I always knew, who I wanted to be, which is a different distinction.

I started again. And again. And again.

And through all of it, I've always remained committed to growth and stayed curious — about people, business and the intersection of how we live - how we think, how we make decisions, how we navigate others, how we use our voice to communicate as a tool, what motivates us, what keeps holding us back and what happens when we finally decide to take action on our boldest goals to ‘become.’

I've learned a lot from building things. I've learned even more from things not going according to plan. And I'm still learning.
